This policy explains how Haikou Longhua Zhenbai Network Technology Studio (an individual business (sole proprietorship) registered in Haikou, Hainan, People’s Republic of China (unified social credit code 92460000MA5TXU40XD), trading as “ZhenBai.ONE”; address: Binhai Subdistrict, Longhua District, Haikou, Hainan, People’s Republic of China) handles personal data when you use Mile IME and this website. We are the controller of this data. Privacy contact: support@zhenbai.one.

1. Data we collect

• Account data: email address, account ID and B-ID, display name and avatar if you set them.
• Purchase data: which pass you bought, when, the amount and the Paddle transaction ID. Card and wallet details are collected by Paddle, not by us.
• Feature data: text you send to translation, prediction or AI writing; audio you send to voice typing; your saved words, quick phrases and settings (cloud memory).
• Technical data: app version, device type, approximate country from IP address, error logs and basic usage counts (for example, how many sentences were translated today) used to apply daily limits.

We do not collect your contacts, and the keyboard does not record what you type in other apps unless you use a cloud or AI feature on that text.

2. Why we use it (legal basis)

• To provide the Service, run your account, apply your pass and sync cloud memory — performance of our contract with you.
• To process payments, prevent fraud and keep records required by tax law — contract and legal obligation.
• To keep the Service secure, fix errors and enforce fair-use limits — legitimate interests.
• To send product news, only where you have agreed or where the law allows; you can unsubscribe at any time — consent / legitimate interests.

3. Who receives it

• Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, which processes your order, payment, tax and receipts under its own privacy notice.
• Service providers that host or process data for us: Supabase (database and sign-in), Cloudflare (website hosting, security and speech recognition), AI model providers such as Google, Anthropic and Zhipu AI (translation, writing and voice transcription), and Resend (service emails). They act on our instructions.
• Professional advisers, and authorities where the law requires.

We do not sell your personal data. Some providers are located outside your country (including the United States); where required, we rely on contractual safeguards for these transfers.

4. How long we keep it

• Account data and cloud memory: while your account is active; deleted within 30 days after you ask us to delete the account.
• Text and audio sent to AI features: processed in real time and not kept by us after the result is returned, except short-lived logs (up to 30 days) for abuse prevention.
• Purchase records: as long as tax and accounting law requires (usually up to 7 years).

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict certain uses, and withdraw consent. Email support@zhenbai.one from your account email; we reply within one month. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

6. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and least-privilege database rules to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your sign-in safe.

7. Cookies and local storage

This website stores only your language and theme choice, and the account you entered at checkout, in your browser’s local storage. We do not use advertising cookies. The Paddle checkout sets its own cookies needed for payment.

8. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes

We will post updates here with a new date and tell you about material changes.
